The values extolled by our College Community are expressed in five categories. Respect, Effort, Appreciation, Christlikeness, Humility.

The first letter of each of these words produces the acronym R.E.A.C.H.

The College serves as an arm of Redeemer Lutheran Congregation, Biloela, in its mission of “reaching out in love and being a blessing to all people.”
