Uniform Shop

As a part of the PFC Fundraising activities, a Uniform Shop is run twice weekly. The Shop, outfitted with a computer, scanner and docket printer is located at the end of the Chapel and is well stocked. Volunteers run both the shop and organise the required supplies of stock. This is also run by parent volunteers. Please refer to the Parent Handbook for the correct uniform requirements for all year levels.

The Uniform Shop is open:

  • Monday from 2:30 to 3:15pm & Wednesday from 8:00 to 9:00am
  • The shop is open during the school term only.
  • We are closed the last week of each semester for stocktake.
  • The shop will also open for one full day in January (the week before school starts).

New volunteers welcome; here is what they do:

  • 2 volunteers are rostered on each shift. Generally one volunteer puts the sales through the computer (we have a barcode scanner) while the other assists shoppers finding what they need.
  • Volunteers assist with unpacking and labelling new stock with barcodes as it arrives
  • Twice a year a stocktake is done which only requires 6 volunters
  • You can do 2 - 6 shifts per term
  • Before the start of each term the coordinator puts the call out for volunteer availability
  • A roster is create based off volunteer availability
  • There is a Volunteer Messenger Chat so you can stay up to date and swap shifts if necessary
  • No experience necessary. You will be asked to do 2 x "tag along" shifts to learn the topes before being put on the roster
  • You must have a current Blue Card for working with children. This is free for volunteers and we can help you with this
  • This is a refundable Volunteers Levy eligble activity, allowing you to claim the levy each semester
